James "Frank" Binkley was employed in the auditing department at the Illinois Central Railroad. He was a member of the Crawford Avenue Club. He was survived by his mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Herbert; a sister, Elsie; and a brother, Edward.
