Frank was born in Chicago and attended the public schools. He was employed at the Western Electric Company plant as clerk for over three years and was a member of the Lawndale Motorcycle Club. He was the son of Joseph and Anna Rehor (originally from Czechoslovakia) and lived at 1524 S. Harding Avenue in Chicago. He was the brother of Jerry, Joseph, Rudolph, Anna, and Amelia Rehor. Frank was an amateur or semi-professional baseball player, one of the nine or more who perished in the tragedy. His funeral was held on the Tuesday following the tragedy and he was buried at the Bohemian National Cemetery.
